By creating an account or using Healthy Minds, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MindBloom is intended for ages 11–18. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent and must list them as the emergency contact at signup.

Healthy Minds is a supportive companion and educational tool. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic care. Maya is a companion, not a clinician, and will not diagnose conditions or promise confidentiality when safety is at risk.

We use automated systems to detect signals of risk. When those systems detect a serious concern, we may show crisis resources to you and notify your emergency contact and (in schools) the relevant counselor. These systems are designed for safety, not punishment.

Please don't try to misuse the platform, harass other users, or attempt to extract personal data about others.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. We support password reset by email if you forget it.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to others.
